        尊敬的习近平主席!尊敬的各级国家领导人!

 
        爱国不易,民族是根!

 
      上海浦发银行强抢我们赛格广场24层写字楼及多套住宅非法侵占买卖。
 
      我父亲赵志祥从北京大学开始,从事国家主权,民族领土主权统一的研究;一直向国家领导人邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、温家宝、习近平表达起诉国际法庭,中华民族主权领土的主张。

      国家在沿海地区培养领导人,父亲一直学习习近平在福建等地执政智慧,使我从小开始就敬重和崇拜您!

      在2006年至2011年期间,父亲与我因发表:习近平的执政智慧可以收复中华民族主权领土的观点文章——“康熙转世,习近平收藩”。文中用推背图44象——“日月丽天,群阴慑服,百灵来朝,双羽四足”,表达习近平副主席未来执政,台湾、钓鱼岛、琉球回归,祖国统一的愿望;希望中华民族再现:康熙转世,习近平收藩,祖国统一。
并委托建议:“叶选宁三千海外伏兵送给习近平”等观点给深圳市国家安全局批准发表,后经改动公开发表;并经历了广东上海深圳国家安全局与公安部门等多次调查。希望每一代领导人推动台湾回归统一,琉球、钓鱼岛是中国主权。
 
     我们爱国文章的发表,当时被认为是习近平集团,拥护习近平副主席是颠覆国家政权。父母亲因此被恐吓身亡,亿万财产被掠夺。

     政法委周永康、公安部郑少东、深圳市长许宗衡、港澳广黑社会连超、与上海浦发银行利益集团、法院、防暴警察、110、刑警等,将我们抓捕。抢走了我们购买的在深圳华强北赛格广场的写字楼共24层,从49层到72层,非法卖掉了。而且至今仍然一直霸占我们的多套住宅和赛格广场办公室写字楼26楼和28楼。
至今黑恶势力余毒,一直迫害我们十几年,甚至于今天在2020年7月22日法院还拍卖我们唯一正在办公的写字楼和住房,我们至今5年在没有电的办公室里无法办公,让我们无家可归,让我们不能在写字楼里工作。
 
    我父亲赵志祥是北京大学:中国第一台电子计算机的创始人,代号:1558。

    父亲同时在地方上研究蒸喷式锅炉、太阳能、恒温、铜版纸、半导体、第一代芯片、第一代航模(无人飞机 )、第一代空调冰箱洗衣机、第一代自动机床等等。

    父亲在北京大学年轻的学生时候,就希望发起琉球是中国的宣传,制衡钓鱼岛,加速台湾回归。从小带着我研究琉球国际法,并成立了《中华民族琉球特别自治区援助筹委会》,使用自有资金起诉国际法庭,震惊海内外。

   《人民日报》与:中华人民共和国国家安全委员会,在2013年也随后发表文章支持琉球主权再议文章。

     我们在美国注册了《中国琉球自治区》、《中国台湾钓鱼岛特别行政区》并在联合国非政府组织备案;在香港注册了《中华民族琉球特别自治区筹委会》,《琉球卫视》;在中国大陆注册了《琉球集团》,使用《琉球网》宣传等。

     我们主要经营通讯设备:BB机,手机,对讲机,车载台,中继台,单边机。是日本建伍,美国摩托罗拉,欧洲诺基亚,西门子,爱立信的中国总代理和经销商。现在很多上市公司是我们的下线分代理。我们同时购买了较多的物业,当时深圳的住宅与写字楼比较便宜。
 
    我们将利润用于台海琉球海外报纸整版广告,南海琉球国际论坛会,起诉国际法庭的国际法律师事务所费用,以及琉球主权归属中国的普及和宣传上。并赠送琉球小手机,琉球T恤衫等宣传普及。

    2006年我们在上海赞助了FITA世界杯;

    2007年我们借钱给网通公司,让他们度过难关。

    2008年赛格集团向我们借钱,让他们度过难关。
 
     公安部郑少东突然命令深圳公安抓捕我们,说我们得罪了天,可适用以袭警罪处置现场击毙;上海浦发银行说我们具有巨资是颠覆国家政权;赛格公司工作人员证实我们公司是非法宣传中国琉球及台湾回归的总部办公室。

    公安部原部长助理郑少东、深圳原市长许宗衡的犯罪事实被判刑,但至今没有归还我们的亿万财产。

     时至今日(2020年7月22日)依然断停我们的办公室的电已经5年了;霸占我们的多套住宅和写字楼,法院还拍卖我们剩下的三层写字楼和住房,让我们无家可归,让我们没有写字楼可以办公。不让我们宣传台湾、钓鱼岛、琉球国际法,掩盖掠夺我们财产的不法行为。
 
     我们一家几代用自已的钱起诉国际法庭,宣传台湾回归,钓鱼岛、琉球是中国主权;我们对当年习近平副主席的爱戴,是民族尊严和爱国行为。我们不了解政治,也从未参与任何政治活动。

     希望国家各级领导人,指引我们政治方向,也帮助我们,归还我们的财产,赔偿我们十几年的损失。让我们有家可回,让我们正常办公工作。让我们中华儿女继续起诉国际法庭,维护二战国际秩序,执行国际法《开罗宣言》《波茨坦公告》,归还中国主权领土;倡导世界和平,遵守联合国和平宪章。
